Terms & Conditions Of Membership

(1 ) Any Individual and/or bodies concurring with the aims and objectives of the Trust can become member(s) of the Trust, provided that:

(a) He/she is above 18 years of the age, or has attained majority as per the provisions of the Indian Majority Act, 1875; and

(b) He/she is of sound mind, gentle and well-behaved and is, in the opinion of the majority of the existing members, interested in the aims and objectives of the Trust, and is thoroughly fit to be enrolled as a member; and

(c) He/she is not convicted by a Court of Law for offences involving moral turpitude or has been declared as insolvent; and

(d) He/she has paid a membership fee of Rs. 500/- and an annual subscription of Rs. 500/- as membership fee, which shall not be refundable in any circumstance. The membership fee and annual fee may be changed or varied as deemed appropriate by the Executive Committee of the Trust from time to time; and

(2) An eminent person or donor of Rs. 1,00,000/- or more having interest in the objective of the Trust may become a patron of the Trust.   

(3) Any person, who fulfils the conditions mentioned in Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 5 can avail a membership of a longer tenure, on the payment of requisite fee, as mentioned hereunder:

Membership for 10 years

Rs. 1,00,000/- (Non- Refundable)

Membership for 20 years

Rs. 2,00,000/- (Non- Refundable)

Membership for Life-time

Rs. 5,00,000/- (Non- Refundable)

Provided that the membership, whether granted as per Sub-Rule (1), or Sub-Rule (3) shall be subject to the conditions mentioned under Rule 6; and the amount once paid shall not be subjected to a refund if the membership has been terminated due to the default of the member, subject to a reasonable opportunity of being heard, by the Executive Committee or the General Body, as the case may be.

TERMINATION/ CESSATION OF MEMBERSHIP:

(1) The membership of the Trust shall cease under the following circumstances-

(a) If a Member acts against the aims and objective of the Trust; or

(b) Upon death or resignation of the Member; or

(c) If the majority of the existing members at any time consider his/her membership to be harmful to the interest of the Trust; or

(d) If a Member if declared as an insolvent or; or

(e) If a Member is unable to perform his/her duties due to physical or mental disability; or

(f) If a Member fails to pay the dues of the Trust one time; or

(g) If a Member fails to attend three general meetings consecutively, without any reasonable cause.

Terms & Conditions Of Donation

  • Nature of Donation
    All donations made to Shri Divya Kund Central Trust are voluntary and are provided with the intent of supporting the objectives and activities of the trust. Donations are not payments for goods or services.

  • Non-Refundable Policy
    Donations made to Shri Divya Kund Central Trust are non-refundable under any circumstances. Donors are advised to carefully consider their decision before proceeding with the donation.

  • Use of Donations
    Donations will be utilized solely for the purposes aligned with the mission and objectives of Shri Divya Kund Central Trust, as outlined in its governing documents. Shri Divya Kund Central Trust reserves the right to allocate the funds in a manner that best serves its charitable goals.

  • Receipt of Donation
    Upon successful receipt of a donation, Shri Divya Kund Central Trust will issue an acknowledgment receipt to the donor. This receipt will confirm the amount donated and may serve as proof for tax deduction purposes, where applicable.

  • Donor Information
    Donors are required to provide accurate and complete information during the donation process. Shri Divya Kund Central Trust will ensure that all donor information is handled with confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

  • Tax Deductibility
    Donations may be eligible for tax benefits under applicable laws. Donors are encouraged to consult their tax advisors for specific guidance.

  • No Refund Clause
    By making a donation to Shri Divya Kund Central Trust, the donor acknowledges and agrees that the donation is non-refundable and waives any rights to dispute the charge once the transaction is completed.

  • Changes to Terms and Conditions
    Shri Divya Kund Central Trust reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Donors are encouraged to review the terms periodically.

  • Legal Compliance
    All donations are subject to compliance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal matters related to donations will be governed by the jurisdiction of India.
